At Cloud Sprint, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are not satisfied, please review the following refund terms to understand your options.

1. Hosting Services

  • Hosting plans may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if no resources have been provisioned or used.
  • Renewals are non-refundable once processed.
  • Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.

2. Website Development & Custom Projects

  • A non-refundable advance (typically 50%) is collected before work begins to cover initial design and development efforts.
  • If you cancel a project after work has commenced, refunds are assessed based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • Once a project is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.

3. Domain Registration

  • Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed, as they are immediately committed with the domain registry.
  • Domain transfers are also non-refundable once initiated.

4. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

  • SEO services are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but the current month's payment is non-refundable.
  • Results from SEO services are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe, and this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Tally on Cloud

  • Monthly plans may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
  • Annual plans are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of activation.

6. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within the applicable refund window.
  • The service must not have been fully delivered, used, or activated.
  • The request must not be related to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • Invoice number or order reference.
  • Reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
